These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the fidexico.eu website and the Fidexico customer area.
The purpose of these Terms of Use (ToU) is to define the terms and conditions of access to and use of the website accessible at fidexico.eu (hereinafter "the Site") and the Fidexico client area (hereinafter "the Client Area"), published by Fidexico S.A., whose registered office is at Rua Frederico George nº 39, 1600-468 Lisboa, Portugal, NIPC 503533726.
Access to and use of the Site imply full and unreserved acceptance of these ToU. Any user who accesses the Site is deemed to have read and accepted the ToU without reservation. Fidexico S.A. reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. The modifications take effect as soon as they are published on the Site.
Access to the Site is open to any person with Internet access. The costs of Internet access and use of the computer equipment necessary to consult the Site are borne exclusively by the user. Fidexico S.A. disclaims all responsibility for disruptions to access to the Site resulting from a failure of the Internet network or the user's equipment.
Certain features of the Site (credit simulation, online subscription, client area) require the creation of a user account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account. In the event of suspected fraudulent use of your credentials, you must inform us immediately.
To access the Client Area, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your contractual relationship with Fidexico. Account creation is reserved for adult individuals with legal capacity.
Only one account is permitted per individual. Fidexico S.A. reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that is subject to abusive, fraudulent use or use contrary to these ToU, after prior notification except in the event of a proven emergency.

Any breach of these obligations exposes the user to civil and/or criminal proceedings.
All the content of the Site (texts, images, videos, interfaces, source codes, trademarks, logos) is the exclusive property of Fidexico S.A. or its authorised partners. This content is protected by copyright, trademark law and any other applicable intellectual property right. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation or use is strictly prohibited and constitutes counterfeiting.
Fidexico S.A. makes every effort to ensure the availability and accuracy of the information published on the Site. However, errors or omissions may remain. The information published is provided for guidance only and does not constitute a contractual commitment. Only the conditions set out in a signed contract have contractual value.
Fidexico S.A. cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site or the inability to access it, in particular in the event of breakdown, maintenance, or computer attack.
These ToU are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or performance, the Portuguese courts shall have jurisdiction. These ToU were last updated in June 2026.
"Site" means the website fidexico.eu and all of its language versions.
"Client Area" means the secure personal area accessible after authentication.
"User" means any person consulting the Site or holding an account on the Client Area.
"Fidexico" means the company Fidexico S.A.

Access to the Site requires an internet connection and a recent browser compatible with standard web technologies. Fidexico cannot be held liable for access difficulties resulting from an unsuitable technical configuration on your part.
Fidexico makes every effort to ensure continuous availability of the Site, without however guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance operations or technical incidents beyond our control may occasionally limit access to the Site or to the Client Area.
Creation of an account on the Client Area is reserved for adult individuals with legal capacity to contract, whose credit application has been previously accepted by Fidexico.
You undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating your account and throughout its use. Any inaccuracy may result in the suspension of your access to the Client Area.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials (file number, password, security codes). Any use of your account carried out with your credentials is presumed to have been made by you, unless proven otherwise.
Access to your Client Area may be subject to strong two-factor authentication, in accordance with the European PSD2 directive, in particular when logging in from a new device or for carrying out sensitive operations.
You undertake to report to Fidexico without delay any unauthorised use of your account, or any loss, theft or disclosure of your credentials, via our contact form.
You undertake to use the Site and the Client Area in accordance with their intended purpose, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and not to interfere with the proper functioning of the services offered by Fidexico.
It is strictly forbidden to use the Site for fraudulent purposes, to attempt to circumvent the security measures put in place, to extract or reuse data from the Site without authorisation, or to compromise the integrity of Fidexico's computer systems.
The Client Area allows you in particular to view your repayment instalments, download your contractual documents, request early repayment, update certain of your contact details, and communicate with our advisers via secure messaging.
The credit simulator available on the Site provides estimates for indicative purposes only. The results displayed do not constitute a firm credit offer and are subject to the final acceptance of your application after a creditworthiness assessment.
Any submission of a credit application form via the Site constitutes a request for review of your application, and not a firm commitment by Fidexico to grant the credit sought. Final approval remains subject to the assessment of your creditworthiness.
Fidexico offers electronic signature of your contractual documents, the evidential value of which is equivalent to that of a handwritten signature, in accordance with the European eIDAS regulation on electronic identification and trust services.
All elements making up the Site (texts, images, logos, structure, source code) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Fidexico S.A. or its licensors.
Fidexico grants you a right of access to and use of the Site strictly limited to personal, non-commercial use, within the scope of your contractual relationship with Fidexico. Any other use requires prior written authorisation.
Fidexico implements all reasonable means to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Site and the security of the Client Area. Its liability cannot, however, be engaged in the event of damage resulting from non-compliant use of the Site by the user, or a case of force majeure.
The user is solely liable for the consequences resulting from any inaccurate statement, any non-compliant use of the Site, or any breach of their confidentiality obligations relating to their login credentials.
Fidexico reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the Client Area in the event of a serious breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraud, or upon termination of the contractual relationship, subject to prior notice where circumstances permit.
Fidexico reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of use at any time, in particular to take account of regulatory or functional changes to the Site. Users are informed of any material amendment by an appropriate means.
Can I use the Site without creating an account? Yes, browsing the public pages of the Site does not require an account; only access to the Client Area does.
What happens if I forget my file number? A secure recovery procedure is available on the login page.
Can I close my account at any time? Yes, subject to compliance with your ongoing contractual obligations.
